THERMO X is a structural thermal barrier plate designed for supporting and separating load-bearing reinforced concrete, steel, and other structures. It helps to prevent contact corrosion between metal elements and significantly reduces thermal bridges in joints, such as steel and reinforced concrete connections.
THERMO X is made of a composite material characterized by high strength, rigidity, good wear resistance, and low thermal conductivity. As a result, this thermal spacer effectively transfers loads and also acts as a thermal insulation layer at structural joints.
The plate can be supplied in various shapes and sizes – with holes, cutouts, or diagonal cuts, adapted to steel and reinforced concrete structural joints. Under permissible loads, the average deformation (compression) usually does not exceed ~1%, making Thermo X particularly suitable for supporting load-sensitive structures. The thermal conductivity coefficient is approximately 0.28 W/(m·K), which allows for a reliable reduction of thermal bridges in structural joints.

Standard thicknesses: 10 / 15 / 20 mm, and non-standard versions up to 50 mm thick are available on request.
