TYPE 10 elastomeric pads are designed to ensure even and controlled load distribution on the support, allowing horizontal displacement and rotation without placing additional stress on the support.
The pads protect the edges of reinforced concrete elements from chipping and compensate for unevenness and deviations from the horizontal plane in the foundation.
TYPE 10 elastomeric pads are made of 70 Sh A hardness unreinforced elastomer.
Depending on the dimensions of the pad, holes, and cutouts, the maximum allowable compressive stress in the pad can reach σR,d = 21 MPa.
The design concept is based on the shape factor principle, taking into account cutouts, holes, and the required distances from the edges of the support in accordance with LST EN 1992.

Dimensions
The maximum possible product dimensions are 1200 × 1000 mm.
Standard pad thicknesses: 10 mm, 15 mm, and 20 mm. Other thicknesses are available only upon special order.
